Claever Associates organises conferences and trade fairs (for both professionals and the general public) in Belgium and abroad.

Organisations such as clubs or associations (e.g. professional groups) can also make use of our services to organise a customised event. After an initial meeting, at which the concept is defined, we perform a thorough analysis of the various aspects such as the precise budgeting and logistical requirements, as well as the practical realisation.

Our years of experience enable us to simply go further in our core business philosophy than other trade fair organisers. Exhibitors who take part in one of our trade fairs will see that the different facets of our expertise complement each other.

Claever Associates is a member of Febelux (the Federation of Fairs and Exhibitions in Belgium and the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg). Together with a number of dynamic colleagues on the Febelux communications committee, Olivier Claesens organises workshops on the latest hot topics in the sector.

In collaboration with a number of specialised partners, we also organise a series of side activities (seminars) for every trade fair that we organise. The topics are designed to give our exhibitors an extra advantage:
